Warren Central High School was established in 1968 with the merger of Warren County High School and Alvaton High School. It serves the educational needs of students in grades nine through 12. The school has an enrollment of more than 1,100 students and is a part of the Warren County School District. The school offers classes in various subjects, including mathematics, science, English, health education, computer technology, foreign languages, music, fine arts and physical education. It participates in various sports organized by the Kentucky High School Athletic Association that include basketball, baseball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, track and field and volleyball. The school offers a variety of academic and nonacademic clubs and organizations, such as the National Beta Club, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, the Future Business Leaders of America, and the Family, Career and Community Leaders of America. Warren Central High School is located in Bowling Green, Ky.
