Teresa P. Crase, M.D., earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and her medical degree from the University of Kentucky, completing her pediatric residency at Vanderbilt Children’s Hospital, Nashville, Tennessee. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics and a member of the Greater Louisville Medical Society, the Kentucky Pediatric Society and the Kentucky Medical Association. She currently serves on the board of directors of the Children's Hospital Foundation and is actively involved in the parent association at her children’s school. Her interests include photography, reading, cooking and traveling. She lives with her husband and children, 2 dogs and 1 cat. Dr. Garlove has been voted by her peers as one of Louisville Magazine’s Top Docs for 2019.
