At Shane's Martial Arts Institute you will learn empty hand and weapons forms as taught in the famous Shaolin Temples of China. The classes are excellent for self-defense or overall fitness. Martial arts training will improve your strength, flexibility, cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, breath control, self confidence and is a great way to lose weight and get in shape. It's a fun way to exercise and learn self defense at the same time. Classes are open to adults and children ages 6 and up.
