One way we do that is by maintaining reasonable standards and responding promptly to request. This requires resident cooperation and common courtesy.

Some properties have models which you are welcome to view, however most prospective residents like to see the exact apartment, carpet color, location and condition from which they have to choose. Not all apartments are identical, however all market ready apartments have been serviced for repairs, freshly painted, carpets shampooed, and completely cleaned before a new resident moves in. Updated kitchen appliances and mini blinds are furnished. We welcome prospective residents to visit our properties and see for themselves.
