It is a gas station. You get what you need. Currently (Covid-times) they are only allowing one person per car inside the store at a time. My weird complaint is....why was my gas pump...

Decent food/drink selection but the in-shop biscuits and burgers are outrageously expensive. Charging over $7.00 for an average-tasting biscuit is insanity! The cashiers are always nice though.

Natural Bridge Shell is awesome! It's a gas station, so please don't go in expecting a five star restaurant. Though they do have an extensive, and quite delicious, array of handmade baked goods....

They continuously lock their doors an hour before closing, but keep their open sign on. It's really annoying to pull in expecting them to be open, & walk to the doors to find out they're locked....
