Paintsville Giovanni's is under new management and the pizza is great! We've tried the pizza, the steak sandwiches, and the calzone. Not a bad meal in the bunch!

It is disgusting on the inside, its all old booths, and terrible staff. Give you cold pizza, cold food, etc. Half the stuff is nasty and they don't even wear gloves. Staff is rude and so much more.
