As your therapist, I provide individual and couples sessions in combinations that allow for intensity adjustment and lifestyle considerations. The structures have been developed to provide results in an effective manner. Services and overall approach differ from traditional weekly, biweekly, or hour-long sessions. These services are intended to make an impact quickly by suiting them to your existing strengths and individual change process, while respecting practicalities, such as time constraints. You can combine your sessions into 60-, 120-, or 180-minute appointments depending on your personal circumstances and lifestyle. Weekend appointments are available for sessions of two or more hours. You will receive access to texting, emailing, and worksheets throughout the entire process. As we meet your goals and transition out of therapy, you may benefit from scheduled thirty-minute phone check-ins to help you stay on track.
