About Cornerstone Cornerstone Child Development Center ( CCDC ) is a faith based, not for profit center located in St. Matthews. CCDC was established in 2004 by a group of parents, staff and concerned citizens to continue the tradition of quality learning in a faith based center. The mission of Cornerstone Child Development Center is to build a foundation of faith and learning by developing each child's physical, mental, social and cognitive skills and to do so in an atmosphere that respects all children, regardless of race, color, national origin or religious affiliation.
