Here at 3 Sons Crossfit we thrive on helping people reach their goals. In training we target all of strength, power, speed, stamina, agility, balance, coordination, accuracy & endurance. Our bodies were created & designed to be able to function & perform all these elements of fitness. We want to help you master them so that you can become a greater version of yourself! We pride ourselves on providing everyone with a fun & welcoming experience. Whether your trying out Crossfit for the first time or have been a member for life, we want you to feel welcomed with a great experience! Our Crossfit class is 60 minutes of awesome fun! You will be instructed throughout the class by one of our Crossfit Certified coaches & never led astray. All movements can be modified to any level of fitness. Classes consist of strength, conditioning, speed work, stamina, coordination, power, balance and agility excersises. All the elements of fitness, to get you into the best shape of your life, tone up, gain muscle & lose weight.
