History
Created by Doug Slinker--a nationally-certified strength coach and personal trainer, SLINKFIT is the culmination of more than 20 years of fitness training experience, knowledge, and research. An ongoing evolution of fitness and performance training, the SLINKFIT philosophy grew out of frustration from the cookie cutter approach of the big box gyms and the false claims of the popular fitness magazines. From the outset the goal of SLINKFIT was to bridge the gap between injury and a highly functioning state. Remaining in the middle is a large and unaddressed population that has been unable to find solutions to the nagging issues that keep them from performing each movement of their workout and daily life with optimum efficiency.....until now.
