Charlotte has been the administrator at RCNH since 2004. She has worked in senior health care for 24 years. Her role is to oversee all the operations of the nursing home and to assure we are meeting the needs of our residents and their families.Business ManagerRayna has recently joined the RCNH team. She is detailed oriented and handles all the Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, and Payroll duties for the organization.Cindy has been the activity coordinator at RCNH for 13 years. Cindy enjoys learning about the residents and their families and the wisdom they offer to help her grow personally and professionally. Her role is to see that the residents have programs, leisure and life enrichment opportunities.Jake oversees the laundry and housekeeping services at RCNH and is the maintenance man. He is our " git'er done' guy. Jake has been employed here for 5 years.Social Service DirectorKathy has been with RCNH for 4 years. She has the pleasure to be with the residents and assist their families from admittance through their time in our home. She also carries out many of the marketing functions getting out to the surrounding counties and promoting the nursing home.Margaret is the Human Resources Coordinator Rush County Nursing Home. She has been employed Rush County Nursing Home since August, 2007. She assists in all employee endeavors from recruitment to hiring, training, benefits administration, reward & recognition.Sandy is the Certified Dietary Manager for the nursing home. She oversees the dining experience Rush County and the staff that prepares and serves the meals. She assists in all food related events and activities at the facility.Rush County Nursing Home Strives to provide cutting edge person centered care services that promote resident daily decisions, family involvement and staff empowerment. We believe that life is a continuum and that experiences in living and in dying should celebrate with dignity and respect the resident's choices. Staff members will be supported by education to grow in their knowledge and are challenged to be active participants in the workplace. In all that we do, our core values guide our words and actions.Concerned and interested area citizens formed Rush County Nursing Society in 1978. This non-profit organization was incorporated in the State of Kansas for the purpose of providing nursing home services.The facility consists of a 48-bed skilled nursing home and a 16 unit limited care retirement apartment community. Rush County Nursing Home Society is operated under the direction of a 5-member Board of Directors.The home is a member of the Kansas Association of Homes and Services for the Aging and its national affiliate the American Association of Homes and Services for the Aging.The following individuals serve on Rush County Nursing Home Board of Directors.
