HistoryLinn Valley Lakes is a private recreational and residential community just 40 miles south of the Kansas City Metro area. Our Community is about 2000 acres with a total of 5162 lots, many of which are for sale. We have year round recreational events and activities. We have several lakes, the biggest is about 135 acres for boating, swimming, waterskiing and fishing. There are several smaller lakes and ponds, all stocked with a variety of fish. Deer Trace Golf Course features 6,146 yards of golf from the longest tee for a par of 71.
