History
We started out when we bought our neighbors house. Being in a part of town that has little development with just a few neighbors; we wanted to make sure we would get along with a new neighbor. If we owned it~ the neighbor problem would be resolved. It just happened to have a duplex apartment that came with it. We started with long term renters that were in the duplex to begin with, but soon switched to vacation rentals because we were more comfortable with the short term concept.
