The Missouri Waste Control Coalition (MWCC) is a 400-member not-for-profit organization dedicated to addressing environmental issues in Missouri. Comprised of citizens, businesses, consultants, regulators, and other stakeholders, MWCC focuses on the management and disposal of generated wastes and other environmental concerns.
With a history dating back to 1972, MWCC annually hosts the MWCC Environmental Conference, one of the nation's longest-running environmental conferences. In addition to the conference, MWCC offers training programs throughout the state, educational initiatives, college scholarships, and an annual award program to recognize outstanding achievements in environmental stewardship.
