Lincoln Elementary School offers learning opportunities for students in prekindergarten through grade three. Founded in 1939, it also houses the Texas Latino Education Coalition Preschool, which conducts morning and afternoon classes for children between the ages of 3 and 5. The school provides instruction in library skills, music, art and physical education. It also offers Title 1 reading and math and extended-day kindergarten programs. Lincoln Elementary School has a site council that provides advice and counsel to the school in developing and evaluating performance goals and objectives.
