Lava Yoga can be a full body workout, working both cardio and strength along with the great benefit of sweat to detox the body. The warmth in the room allows the muscles, tendons and ligaments to safely find deeper stretch and it all comes together with a mindful practice that connects the breath for a meditative flow. Our classes are designed so a beginner can step in and have success and a longtime yogi can find challenge as well.
