Kansas Adult Care Executives ( KACE ) is the only professional association dedicated to serving the unique needs of the Adult Care Executive. Before our Association changed its name to ( KACE ), during our Annual Meeting in September 2000, our Association was the Kansas Professional Nursing Home Administrators Association ( KPNHAA ). KPNHAA's roots began with an organizational meeting in April 1972. It held its first Annual Meeting in September of 1973. Since our first Annual Meeting back in 1973, our Association has evolved into an organization truly dedicated to serving the needs of the Adult Care Executive. To provide opportunities for interaction with fellow professionals in order to facilitate peer support and the exchange of knowledge. To offer quality educational programs for administrators designed to meet the ever-changing challenge of health care delivery. To encourage and promote the development of professional standards for long-term care executives. To act as liaison between our profession, our members, elected officials, state agencies, and the public, on relevant industry issues and information. KACE Mission A united resource supporting the professional welfare of Adult Care Executives by identifying and meeting their unique needs.
