We are one of the only rentals around that allow you to bring in your own food and drinks! Rental rate is flat $550 for either 9-4pm or 5pm-midnight. Entire day (9am-midnight) rental is $850.

Located in South Overland Park. The Clubhouse in the Fontainebleau subdivision is the perfect spot for all of your gathering needs. We have done weddings, rehearsals, birthday parties, Bar Mitzvah, graduation parties, holiday parties, any celebration you can think of. At no additional cost, we provide 8-60' round tables, 7-eight foot rectangular tables and 1 six foot rectangle table. We also provide 100 chairs. The ballroom is 29' x 37' and a wood dance floor measuring 10' x 18'. Stage is set up for Djs or bands that is 11' x 15'. There is a full kitchen and you bring in the food and drink of your choice. No extra charges from us! Rental cost is $550 per rental. Rental hours are either 9am-4pm or 5pm to midnight. Refundable deposit of $300.
