HistoryIn 2009, several area community leaders determined there was a need to establish a community-based, not-for-profit, community health center to provide primary care to the uninsured, underinsured, Medicaid and Medicare patients residing in the Craig, Delaware and Ottawa County region. On March 10, 2014, Community Health Center of Northeast Oklahoma, Inc. (CHCNEO), doing business as Route 66 Health Clinic, opened its doors and began seeing patients who were in need of preventative and primary care services. CHCNEO has a board of directors, instituted corporate bylaws, and is incorporated as a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation.SpecialtiesProviding the finest in family healthcare services for people in Northeast Oklahoma and the surrounding areas.
