Was in a box marked fragile and came in almost cut in half . They said these results are typical when boxes are packed by owner SMH.

These were new boxes and did not leave my apartment that way.

The boxes were reloaded at some point because these were new boxes and packed professionally when they left my house in KC.

Had I not moved quite a few times/been born yesterday, their excuses may have worked.

When the local unloader open the truck, the look on their faces matched mine which was pure shock at how everything had been thrown around.
