HistoryJim and Cindy Molitor began Andale Ready Mix Inc. in the small town of Andale, KS in 1972. After hard working successful for 30 years of business, Jim had closed the doors and was looking to sell the property. In the year 2000, the two sons came back from college, and it was then Pete, and Bill Molitor took hold of the business with ambition to make the company grow. Running the business from Andale, Pete and Bill knew they needed something more than excellent service to get ahead of the competition. Since the two front-discharge Oshkosh trucks were purchased in 1999, the company fleet has grown to 33 impeccably maintained mixers.
