Wichita Canteen is a locally owned and operated business that offers vending, catering and office coffee services. It offers a variety of gourmet coffee and related products, such as creamer, sugar and paper goods. The canteen administers canteen correctional services that offer catering services to more than 20 facilities. Wichita Canteen provides meals for over 1,400 inmates. It also serves various businesses and industries, schools, colleges, day care facilities and senior citizens. In addition, the canteen is responsible for providing food service concept drawings and equipment packages for new facilities and remodel projects. Wichita Canteen also maintains a sister company, Premier Catering, which offers catering and event planning services.
