HistoryFOCUS stands for Fellowship of Christians United in Service. FOCUS is a faith based non profit organization dedicated to helping the less fortunate and those in need in Harris County, GA. One of our ministries is our Thrift Shop, which provides gently used clothing and household goods at reasonble low prices. Proceeds from our thrift shop are used by our Emergency Services office to operate our food bank, and provide monetary assistance for medical bills and prescriptions, help with utility payments and assist with home repairs. FOCUS is incorporated as a 501 C-3 corporation and has a volunteer staff representing many Christian church denominations. We invite your participation by donating and volunteering! We usually have sizes ranging all the way from infants to ladies plus and men's big and tall. We have a great mix of brand names, dressy and casual clothing, and we often have a small selection of items that are still new with tags. We have a wide variety of household goods including linens and bedding, kitchen and bath items, furniture and home decor.... You'll find toys, books, jewelry, framed wall art, pots, pans, dishes, curtains, small appliances, candlesticks and just about anything you can imagine!
