HistorySarah Larsen, owner and sole operator of La Petite Patisserie, has had a passion for baking from a young age. She attended Denison Job Corps Center in 2003 where she received her Culinary Arts Certification including Line, Pantry and Hotel/Restaurant Certifications. Sarah has participated and since graduated from the local entrepreneurship program in Cedar Rapids, Iowa with Empower by GoDaddy in partnership with Jane Boyd Community Center.SpecialtiesWe are NOT a walk-in bakery. This is a small scale at-home bakery. La Petite Patisserie LLC specializes in French and Italian inspired pastries and American classics. All of our pastries, cookies and cakes come in very manageable bite size pieces. Great for group gatherings or the health conscious consumer.
