About Tiffany Roland It's funny how plans can change. One day you're sitting in a college classroom doing coursework on route to becoming a dental hygienist. The next, you're a recently hired office manager on an ambitious mission to obtain success for yourself and those around you. For Tiffany Roland, this career trajectory - although unexpected - worked out ideally, as now the Nebraska State General Agent plies her trade not by filling cavities and flossing strangers, but rather by making a difference in her client's lives.
