The Peninsula Neighborhood is a planned community on the north side of Iowa City. The community consists of apartments, single-family homes and townhomes within a natural landscaped area of tree-lined streets, sidewalks and garages accessed through alleys behind the houses. The neighborhood is being developed in stages.
