Founded in 1928, Pella Christian High School is a private and parent-controlled school. The school provides Christ-centered education to more than 300 students. It is accredited by the Iowa Department of Education and its staff includes an administrator, teachers and librarians. The school provides opportunities for the academic, moral and spiritual growth of students. Its academic curriculum offers classes in English, social studies, math and physical education, as well as classes in industrial arts and home economics. Pella Christian High School also provides Bible courses and fine art classes. Additionally, the school, also known as PCHS, provides opportunities to participate in sports, such as soccer, volleyball, weight lifting, basketball, tennis, golf, softball, football, and baseball. It organizes music various competitions and speech contests, as well as maintains a library. Pella Christian High School is located in Pella, Iowa.
