History
Nelson Hearing Aid Service was founded over 30 years ago by Dr. R. David Nelson, Audiologist. Dr. Nelson started his career as a teacher of the deaf and a university instructor. He also worked as a clinial audiologist in an ENT practice. He then decided to specialize in diagnostic testing and amplification for both pediatric and adult populations. Since founding Nelson Hearing Aid Service, the practice has grown to include 7 clinics staffed by audiologists, hearing instrument specialists and audiology assistants. Dr. Nelson's daughter, Dr. Catherine Nelson Grange, joined the practice in 2008 and his son, Dr. Paul D. Nelson, joined the practice in 2011.
