2022 brought many changes to the newly refreshed Motel Tipton! Starting with new owners and new management.
This 50 year motel has been renovated and refreshed into a place of comfort and pride within the Tipton community. We use tender loving care to keep our rooms clean, clean, clean! We offer exceptional guest service to ensure you have a relaxing stay.
Motel Tipton is a 13-room boutique, 2-story motel that offers a variety of room options such as; 1 Deluxe Single Queen, 8 Deluxe Double Queen, 3 Deluxe Single King and 1 ADA Deluxe King Room. Fido is welcome too… we have one pet friendly room (Deluxe Double Queen) for your dog, 40 pounds or less.
Thank you to the hundreds of guests who graced our doors and sought solace here. In turn, we have received many accolades and are the benefactors of a few awards.
