The Department of Management (DOM) is created to provide a framework and environment for integrating budgeting with planning to improve decision-making. It provides various activities and programs, such as continuous improvement/lean implementation, enterprise project management, state appeal board administration, local government budget support, utility tax replacement administration and collective bargaining support. The State Budget Division facilitates the work of the Revenue Estimating Council in determining revenue estimates. In addition, DOM promotes and coordinates implementation of the Governor's leadership agenda.
