Dr. Jeremy Pepin, raised in South Dakota's Black Hills, earned a BS in chemistry from the University of Wyoming. He worked as a chemist at Sinclair Oil before pursing medicine at the University of South Dakota. He completed residency & fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center and is dual-board certified in Internal Medicine & Nephrology. Specializing in interventional nephrology, he has national certifications in dialysis access creation & management by the ASDIN. Dr. Pepin prides himself in providing individualized, patient-center care to the southwest Iowa region.
