Spirit Lake High School
Spirit Lake High School serves students in grades 9 through 12. Its academic curriculum includes programs in language arts, mathematics, science, social studies, and business and technology education. The school additionally offers courses in art, foreign languages, physical education, and family and consumer science. Spirit Lake High School has an athletics department that offers a variety of sports activities, such as baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, volleyball, wrestling, and track and field. It supports several organizations that include the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), National Honor Society (NHS) and student council, as well as dance, drama, speech, debate and cheerleading clubs. The school is located in Spirit Lake, Iowa, and is a part of the Spirit Lake Community School District.
