Full Circle Child Development uses a curriculum that is a blend of Montessori and traditional programs, emphasizing learning through play and interactions. While teachers facilitate interactions and activities, it is ultimately the children who dictate their own learning experience. Full Circle Child Development believes in parental involvement and so it offers optional parent-teacher conferences three times annually, as well as other services, such as a parental panel, training and parents' night out, which occurs every third Thursday of each month.
