Paul and Lynne Breister had known for some time that they wanted to be business owners. It so happened that they shared a passion for Building and Design. So one day in early 1997 they decided to turn that idea into reality and Crown Point Builders came to be. The rest as they say is history. And what a history it is. Over 120 new homes built in numerous North Iowa communities. Dozens of additions and renovation projects. And, paired with its partner company North Iowa Kitchens, over 150 kitchen and bath renovations. Over the last 19 years we have created not only homes, but also a strong connection with our local community and a reputation for Trust, Excellence, and Kindness.
