The idea for Claero Auto was started when its founder, Miles Conlan, was working as a technician for another automotive business in Des Moines. All too often, customers would delay important services for their vehicles: they just didn't have hours to spend waiting in a lobby. Whereas some shops focus on creating a more pleasant waiting experience, Claero Auto eliminates the wait entirely. Our trained Vehicle Advisors come to your home or office and take care of everything for you. That way, you can focus on more important things. We're happy to have been serving the greater Des Moines metro since 2018, including the cities of Ames, Altoona, Waukee and Indianola.
