Bettendorf High School
Founded in 1973, Bettendorf High School is a four-year comprehensive high school with more than 1500 students. It offers classes from kindergarten grades nine through 12 and is governed by Bettendorf Community School District. It offers a wide range of subjects, including English, math, science, history, social science, visual and performing arts, vocational education, consumer science, physical education and elective options. Bettendorf High School offers various extracurricular activities, such as marching band, symphonic band, orchestra, wind ensemble, jazz band, pep band, winter guard, winter drumline and chorus. It additionally offers a variety of athletic programs, such as football, tennis, volleyball, track, basketball, cross-country, golf, soccer, swimming, wrestling and softball. Located in Bettendorf, Iowa, the school has a fully equipped library, a media center and a computer lab.
