New Hope of Indiana
Founded in 1978, St.Vincent New Hope is a nonprofit, faith-based organization that provides support services for individuals with developmental disabilities. It offers behavior support, community outreach, healthcare coordination, behavioral management, and supported and independent living services. The organization additionally provides personal assistance, residential habilitation, accessible transportation, physical therapy, nursing and consulting services. It also offers education, employment training, stress reduction, monitoring, behavioral assessment and family counseling services. The organization provides support services for patients with mental retardation, traumatic brain injury, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, autism spectrum disorders, epilepsy, spina bifida and psychiatric disability. It is a part of St.Vincent Health, which is one of the largest nonprofit and Catholic health care systems in the United States with more than 15 health care facilities that serves over 40 counties in central Indiana. St.Vincent New Hope is located in Indianapolis.
