HistoryDear Athletes was created during the global COVID19 pandemic, where thousands of college athletes became homeless, jobless, and without income during an unexpected time of hardship and delay. 98% of college athletes will not make it to their respected professional league after graduation. In addition, most athletes spend 10 out of 12 months separated from their families. The problem we have seen, is the average Division I coach earns $855,000 - $2 million per year. The NCAA, a non-profit corporation earns an average of 8.1 billion per year. By 2023, college athletes will be able to legally get paid from promotional campaigns & commercials, but this opportunity will not be available to all athletes, and does not bring financial assistance to all athletes.SpecialtiesOur 501(c)3 - nonprofit specializes in making college athletes feel like superheroes. We provide programs and platforms at no charge to college athletes, to help them with food insecurity, medical injury relief, scholarship assistance, and COVID-19 relief. We also specialize in teaching college athletes about business and entrepreneurship, so they can monetize from their athletic talent.
