The restaurant's name, Tinker Street, is a nod to the original name of 16th Street. Executive Chef Tyler Shortt's speciality is letting the full flavors of local ingredients inspire his seasonal specials. Tinker Street is closed on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Super Bowl Sunday, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Please note that all of our guests must be 21 or older.
