CrossFit, constantly varied, functional movements executed at high intensity levels, is one of the style of classes we offer! In CrossFit you will see something new everyday. We implement olympic, power lifts, gymnastics moves and monostructual movements (running, rowing, biking) in our classes. BEATS is a heart rate controlled class designed to build aerobic capacity, muscular endurance and burn FAT! People burn anywhere between 400-1000+ calories per class! Biking, rowing, running, bodyweight moves, and free weights are all utilized in our classes!
