The company was established and incorporated in 1961 and became a front runner in Terre Haute for the construction and development of multi-family dwellings, elderly housing, and low-income housing. Senior housing complexes that stand today as monuments to CDI's early efforts include Garfield Towers, Deming Center, Peddle Park and Maryvale. Today, CDI's projects are represented in virtually all segments of everyday environment from government to schools, from industrial to retail.
