Dr. Steinberg received a medical degree from Duke University School of Medicine, Durham, NC. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics. He completed a Pediatric Residency at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital, Nashville, TN and a Pediatric Cardiology fellowship at Cincinnati Children's Hospital.He has advanced training in Pediatric Electrophysiology, arrhythmias and pacemakers. He was the first in the world to perform a successful remote magnetic catheter navigation ablation procedure in a pediatric patient. He formerly served as associate editor of the Journal of Cardiovascular Electrophysiology. He is currently the medical director of the Children's Heart Center.
