Ever since new ownership I can't get any service or return calls. Quality of port o pots cleaning are not up to par. This new owner needs to be trained properly as well on customer service.

Called Scott's because my toilet would not flush. They got right out and got it taken care of. Even made sure my inlet was unclogged. Great service, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond!
