The Speech-Language Clinic, a part of Purdue University, provides individual and group diagnostic evaluation, screening and therapy services for various communication problems. It offers services to individuals associated with autism, language-learning disabilities, hearing impairments and stuttering caused by vocal abuse and misuse, cancer of the larynx and Parkinson s disease. The Speech-Language Clinic provides adult language diagnostic and treatment program and improves communication skills through therapy sessions. It offers birth-three program for children up to the age of 3 with a variety of disorders and developmental delays. The clinic conducts Individualized and group parent-training sessions that focus on indirect language stimulation with a play-based setting. The Speech-Language Clinic is located in West Lafayette, Ind.
