Founded in 1963 and located in Goshen, Ind., Oaklawn offers a comprehensive array of mental health and addictions treatment services for children, adolescents and older adults. The medical center provides a wide range of services for youth, including inpatient care, intensive residential services, therapeutic foster care, intensive outpatient and outpatient programs, and collaborative programs. It provides various senior services designed for people age 55 years and older, who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief, isolation and physical disabilities. It offers a continuum of care to seniors, such as individual therapy, case management, structured outpatient and inpatient care, multidisciplinary treatment approach, including psychiatric evaluation, transportation, follow-up and after care services. The center also specializes in providing services for people with mental disabilities. It offers supervised group living, assertive community treatment for adults, adult case management, semi-independent living program and supported employment program.
