Edgelea Elementary School is of the largest elementary schools in the Lafayette School Corporation, and is located in Lafayette, Ind. The school serves more than 550 students in grades kindergarten through five. The school s curriculum includes reading and writing, language arts, foreign language, math, science, social studies, fine arts, health and safety education. It offers special programs for students with special needs, including a program for students with hearing impairment. The parents are active partners in the school s educational process.
