Established in 1990, Indiana Crop Improvement Association is a nonprofit agency, carrying out various seed programs, including seed certification, laboratory testing and other quality assurance programs. With its seed laboratory facilities located in Lafayette, Ind., the association serves the needs of customers in the seed, grain, food and related industries. The agency has a strong working relationship with Purdue University and offers Quality Assurance Program which is in compliance with the AOSCA (Association of Official Seed Certifying Agencies) guidelines. The ISO 9001:2008 certified and USDA-accredited seed lab carries out a slew of forensic and mycotoxin tests for its clients.
