History
We started with baking healthy breads, then added sweets and other good-for-you products. We're a strongly educational social enterprise, so we offer classes on how to cook, films on hot environmental topics, and other educational programs. We have our own baking training program for special needs young adults.
Specialties
We sell foods that are good for the earth and good for you. Healthy, store-baked breads, scratch-baked pastries, local hormone and antibiotic free meats, farm-fresh eggs, bulk foods, incredible artisan cheese and other food products that have been carefully researched by our staff. NONE of our products contain preservatives or chemical additives. We sell and serve fairly sourced coffee and our own soups every day.
