Crossroads Industrial Services (CIS), the affirmative business division of Easter Seals Crossroads, provides a variety of services to business and industry in central Indiana. CIS is an integrated community-based employer that provides individuals with disabilities, who may be unsuccessful in competitive employment or ineligible for supported employment, an opportunity to become productive members of a workforce. CIS, located in an industrial park on the east side of Indianapolis, subcontracts production runs, metal fabrication, stamping and machining, electrical and mechanical assemblies, parts inspection, salvage and rework.
