Clifford J. Evans, DO, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon. His practice focuses on the evaluation and treatment of afflictions of the bones, joints, muscles, tendons and nerves. He has a special interest in sports injuries and working with young athletes. Dr. Evans is board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. From 2008 until 2012, Dr. Evans was staff orthopedic surgeon at Blancfield Army Community Hospital, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. He joined the Army in 1988, and was a pilot in the 101st Airborne, serving in the Gulf War, Hurricane Andrew relief, and in Honduras. He was a flight operations officer in Italy, and a mission commander, instructor, and executive officer in the 160th Special Operation Aviation Regiment. Dr. Evans received his doctorate in osteopathic medicine from the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency at Texas Tech University and William Beaumont Army Medical Center.
